About administrative costs
Seed money in the amount of $25,000 has been donated by Dr. Jen, and will be used to cover the cost of setting up the non-profit, and to cover part of the expenses for the first event.

First Event Expenses:

Tour with Woman Tours: $17,490 (Includes hotel, support, SAG, First Aid, and food)

Flights and bike shipping: $1000
Startup Costs: $5000 (non-profit setup, fundraising and website)
Ongoing Administrative Costs (example breakdown of $10,000):

Program Costs (Direct Mission Work): 50% (example: $5,000)
This is initial, projected for the first 1-3 years. We intend it to go up after that.

Administrative Overhead: 25% (example: $2,500)
Legal setup, accounting software, insurance, registration fees, etc.

Fundraising & Outreach: 15% (example: $1,500)
Website hosting, email list, donor platform (e.g. Givebutter, Zeffy, or Square).
